Shot Yourself In The Foot Again

Although this has been around for a few months, I'm seriously re-lovin' this track!

Theo Wenner

The power of photography can change the way we see things, alter our opinions and make us fall in love with pieces we never thought existed. It can be one of the most compelling and inspiring mediums to a person. And to me, there is something that hits a raw nerve when I see images that are a true portrayal of that person; pure, real and natural. A raw photograph is like no other... And, I think, Theo Wenner captures that!

Ksubi Beware, Wear

Ksubi's new collection is not too dissimilar from previous stuff with mesh patterned oversized jumpers, high waisted skirts/shorts for women and skinny leg pants for the men with a hooded neutral coloured jacket.
Acquiring the title of 'pushing boundaries' doesn't seem to fit this collection at all, as they haven't pushed any boundaries assimilating their stuff to pieces of the past. However, I quite like the styling of this shoot, lots of layering, and the use of props.

Wandering

Haven't posted in what seems like forever, alas there have been many excuses... Travelling, finding myself, over exposed exposure to the net and therefore time away from the computer. Or there's no excuses at all, I've just been out of motivation and desire to upload.
However, I am back!

Judging hot new trends are bellbottoms, colourful printed/plane shoulder cut tees and a hot sandal or laced wedge shoe!

Love The Sun

Hot look for those sitting out in the sun... Love it!

Give Me Colour

Sorry for not having posted for what seems like more than a month, but I've been inundated with holiday duties and lapping up the sunlight while it lasts. In saying that, I am out of my dark, dreery moods and seeing a whole lot more colour. Spring 2011, what do I predict? Vibrant pieces, with heavy contoured patterns and some floral (as it is the season) intertwined. Yes!

Daft Punk for Tron Legacy

I never thought I'd see the day Disney would ask Daft Punk to compose the film score for their latest science fiction film, Tron Legacy, yet alas I was wrong! And, happily so. Director, Joseph Kosinski referred to the music as being a mixture of orchestral and electronic elements with an 85-piece orchestra. If you like instrumental-electro with invigorating crescendos', this is your album. In my opinion, the tracks sound a little similar and the beats can sometimes be a little too heavy, however it is mind-absorbing.
